How do ZakGT Coins work?โผ
ZakGT Coins are the platform currency used to purchase tool licenses, buy products in the Fish Shop, and participate in live commerce events. You can top up coins via the Host App or website.
How do I install the Host App?โผ
Download the installer from our Download page, run it, and sign in with your ZakGT account. The app will set up everything automatically.
What happens when my license expires?โผ
The tool will stop working until you renew. Your data and settings are preserved. Simply purchase a new license to continue using the tool.
Is my payment information secure?โผ
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details.
How do I go live as a seller?โผ
You need a Seller role. Contact support to apply, then use the Mobile App or Host App to start streaming via our RTMP server.
Can I get a refund?โผ
Coin purchases are non-refundable. For license issues, contact support within 24 hours and we'll help resolve the situation.
